The G4S Eesti office building is an energy efficient eight-storey office building that houses the security company’s headquarters of the Estonian branch. G4S Eesti desired to have an innovative architectural design all the way and wished to have an eye-catching building, that at the same time, would support openness in socialising at work, would guarantee privacy requirements for heightened security purposes and use space economically.

The G4S headquarters is located between a highway and a beautiful seaside nature reservoir that is surrounded by important junctions of Tallinn. Thus, the site excellently meets the needs of a security company in terms of privacy and gives flexible access for the office workers and customers everyday use. Altogether, the building contains office spaces for 580 people, a public area for customer services, sports facilities, a restaurant with a rooftop terrace, a cash centre, rooms equipped with specific technology necessary for a company providing security services, and rental spaces.
