Backyard entrance to the Tartu Kesklinna School. In addition to its playful air, the backyard entrance court adds a little festivity and extraordinariness to school’s everyday life. The architectural cuts in the new volumes make the building appear smaller, softer, adds light and fits to the landscape that altogether creates a visually and spatially dynamic green court that avoids unsafe dark corners.
