As part of the project, the left passageway (viewing from Narva maantee) in the historic TERRA building was opened, similarly to the one on the right, currently connecting Narva maantee and the university’s courtyard. The new connection also creates a perspective new street between Narva maantee and Tuukri street alongside the western facade of the VITA building.
