The Sõmeru Community Centre building was designed in dialogue with its natural environment of meadows and fields. For this reason, its black-and-white concrete facade is covered with colourful straw-like wooden beams that continue to the interior. Inside, the natural balks hang freely from ceilings and create a lively accent above the black walls.
